working to find your truest self through the chaos.

Let’s step back and observe the rhythm of your life—the ways it may have become rigid, disjointed, or lost its flow. From this wider perspective, we’ll gain clarity on what stirs you and what needs space to unfold. As your partner in this journey, I'll offer compassion, helping you embrace those missteps, so you can find your rhythm once again.

Therapeutic Services

Individual

We’ll create a safe space to identify emotional patterns, heal past wounds, and build a deeper connection with yourself. By fostering self-compassion and emotional awareness, you’ll feel empowered to break free from stuck patterns, enhance emotional regulation, and ultimately create a more authentic and fulfilling life.

Couples

As we sit together in session, our goal is to step back and observe how the rhythm of your relationship may have become stiff, clunky, or off-course. With this broader perspective, you'll be able to see what triggers both of you and what may be missing in your connection. In this safe space, I’ll offer compassion and help normalize the missteps, guiding you both to find your flow again.

Trauma

Trauma can deeply affect how we live, think, and relate to others, and it often leaves us feeling stuck or disconnected. In trauma therapy, we’ll take a careful, supportive approach to process and heal the emotional wounds that continue to impact your life. Together, we’ll work to understand the root of your pain, restore a sense of safety, and help you regain control over your future.

Everyone makes sense in the context of their own story.

First Session

Rest easy knowing that booking is the most nerve wracking part. To make the process more bearable, I offer a free 15-minute phone call to see if we are the right fit.

During this call, my goals is to provide a safe space to discuss goals, fears about counseling, and unmet emotional needs.

Therapeutic Process

We'll work together to break the cycle that quietly wreaks havoc on your relationships, your health, and your life. As we navigate this journey, we'll learn to reshape these patterns, turning them into powerful tools for growth and connection. In each session, our focus will be on cultivating self-compassion, easing the weight of past trauma, and allowing emotions—both the beautiful and the challenging—to flow freely, without resistance.

Our Goal

The more we face and normalize uncomfortable emotions, the more we can find a solid sense of calm well within ourselves. Our goal is to build your capacity to sit with those feelings, making it easier to manage your nervous system, communicate clearly, and make choices with confidence. When we get in tune with ourselves, we naturally strengthen our connection to others.

Take that first step.

about me.

  • I discovered Emotionally Focused Therapy a few years ago, and it completely changed how I view life and relationships. EFT is based on the idea that our emotional responses are deeply connected to our need for safety and connection with others. As children, we develop emotional patterns to protect ourselves from discomfort or feeling unsafe. Over time, these patterns can become automatic, influencing how we make decisions, how we connect with others, and sometimes leading to unhealthy coping mechanisms or behaviors.

EFT helps us identify these patterns, understand where they come from, and learn how to break free from them. It's especially helpful in relationships, where it encourages us to express our emotions more openly and authentically. Rather than just focusing on the behavior, EFT gets to the heart of what’s driving our emotions and actions, helping to rebuild trust, communication, and emotional safety. Even though society may judge certain emotional responses, EFT helps normalize them, creating space for compassion and growth.

  • In our work together, I'll use Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to help you safely explore and heal from past trauma. We’ll focus on the emotions that arise from those painful experiences, allowing you to process and release what’s been holding you back. Trauma often creates feelings of fear, isolation, and mistrust, but through EFT, we’ll create a compassionate space where you can gain deeper understanding and reframe those emotions. Together, we’ll build emotional awareness and strengthen your connections—both with yourself and others—so you can heal, restore trust, and break free from patterns that no longer serve you.

I also work with survivors of interpersonal and domestic violence, applying the same therapeutic approaches mentioned to help them heal and rebuild

  • I’m a therapist navigating the heart of Nashville—its bustling traffic and, of course, all the incredible people who make this city unique. I thrive on creating a space where you can feel seen, heard, and understood, whether you're navigating a difficult life transition, working through past trauma, or simply looking to build a stronger sense of self.

When I’m not in session, you’ll likely find me binge-watching my latest TV or movie obsession (ask me for recommendations!), spending time with my cat, or soaking in the energy of my community. I truly believe in the power of connection—both with others and within ourselves—and I bring that sense of connection into my work with clients.

As a therapist under supervision, I’m always growing and learning in my practice. I value curiosity, self-reflection, and the small moments—like finding that elusive pen I always seem to misplace during sessions—because they remind me that therapy is a shared, human experience. I’m here to support you on your journey toward healing, growth, and deeper emotional resilience.
